We invest in people, and we make hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, skills, and business needs.Key Responsibilities : - Architectural Design : Design and implement robust, scalable backend architectures using Node.js, Golang, and Ruby. - REST API Development : Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support various applications and services. - Database Management : Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient and reliable data storage solutions. - Elasticsearch Integration : Implement and manage Elasticsearch to optimize search and data retrieval processes. - Design Patterns and Frameworks : Apply design patterns and use appropriate frameworks to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Complex Solution Design : Architect complex solutions to address business requirements, ensuring system performance and reliability. - Code Reviews and Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices. - Collaboration and Leadership : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices. - Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs, processes, and tools.
