We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual with expertise in the full software development life cycle, coupled with a background in machine learning.Key Qualifications :Software Development Life Cycle Expertise :- Proficiency in coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.Machine Learning Proficiency :- Background in machine learning with a track record in large-scale training and deployment of deep neural nets and/or transformer architectures.Knowledge of accelerators (e.g., Machine Learning or GPUs) or similar high-performance designs, advanced LLM architecture.Algorithmic Prowess :- Solid experience with data structures or algorithms in academic or industrial settings.- Proficiency in Python programming.Neural Network Mastery :- Expertise in building, scaling, and optimizing training and inferencing systems for deep neural networks.- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Lightning, Mosaic ML, etc.), artificial intelligence, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.Distributed Computing Savvy :- Proven experience in designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.Cloud and GPU Acumen :- Familiarity with integration, deployment, and testing of ML models on cloud or edge applications.- Experience in building GPU clusters in the public cloud with tightly-coupled storage and networking.Collaborative Spirit :- Exceptional teamwork skills, including communication, ownership, empathy, and honesty.Responsibilities :ML Model Orchestration :- Design, build, and deploy well-managed core APIs and SDKs to access LLMs, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting tasks. - Develop orchestration SDKs for seamless integration.API Design for Excellence :- Design APIs with a focus on performance, real-time applications, scale, ease of use, and governance automation.What We Offer :- Exciting projects in the forefront of AI and ML.- Opportunity to shape the future of AI technologies.- Continuous learning and growth in a collaborative environment.- Cutting-edge tools and technologies.Location : Remote (ref:hirist.tech)
