Immediate Joiners Preferred- As an experienced UI/UX Designer at our company, you'll play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces, enhance usability, and drive customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design goalsConduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and interactions effectivelyDevelop high-fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experienceMake strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new, functions and featuresIterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results to continuously improve usability and functionalityQualifications :Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field2-10 years of experience in UI/UX designProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similarStrong portfolio showcasing a range of projects demonstrating excellent UI/UX design skillsSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design conceptsExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
