Overview:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and customization of Zoho CRM solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. As a Zoho CRM Lead Developer, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to the development team. The role requires strong technical expertise in Zoho CRM, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high quality solutions within defined timelines.Responsibilities:1. Lead the development and customization of Zoho CRM solutions to meet business requirements.2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, and project managers to understand project objectives and requirements.3. Design, develop, and implement Zoho CRM modules, workflows, custom functions, and integrations.4. Work closely with senior developers and architects to develop the best technical design and approach for solution development.5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.6. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in Zoho CRM development.7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.8. Conduct requirements gathering sessions, document technical specifications, and create project plans.9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX/UI, and system administrators, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Zoho CRM solutions.10. Stay updated with the latest Zoho CRM features, functionalities, and best practices.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.2. Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or similar role, with at least 6+ years of hands- on experience in Zoho CRM development and customization.3. Strong technical expertise in Zoho CRM customization tools, including Deluge scripting, workflows, APIs, and integrations.4. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.5. Hands on development experience in some of the technologies i.e., Java, Javascript etc.,6. Hands on experience on Integration methodologies, especially rest API services is critical.7. Experience in leading and managing development teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.8. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and design scalable CRM architectures.9. Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.10. Zoho CRM certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are a plus.11. Experience with other CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, is beneficial.12. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:1. Zoho Developer certification or relevant professional certifications.2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
