Position Overview :We are seeking experienced Azure Synapse Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Azure Synapse Analytics and will be self-starters capable of diving into the current infrastructure, evaluating it, and assisting in re-architecting and developing data warehouses into a unified instance. These individuals should be well-rounded professionals looking to contribute meaningful and value-added results to our team.Responsibilities :- Evaluate Existing Infrastructure: Conduct a thorough assessment of the client's current data warehouse infrastructure.- Re-Architecting Data Warehouses: Design and implement strategies to consolidate multiple data warehouses into a single, efficient instance.- Development and Optimization: Develop, optimize, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics.- Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Performance Tuning: Identify and implement performance improvements for existing and new data solutions.- Data Integration: Manage data integration from various sources, ensuring data consistency and quality.- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the data architecture, processes, and workflows.- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and support to junior developers and share best practices with the team.Requirements :Experience: 6-8 years of experience in data warehousing, data integration, and ETL processes.Technical Skills :- Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.- Proficient in SQL and data modeling.- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory).- Knowledge of other Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks) is a plus.- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Self-Starter: Ability to independently manage tasks and projects with minimal supervision.- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
