Responsibilities :- Lead the development process for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Python solutions.- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy complex Python applications using a variety of frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy).- Implement best practices for version control, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Python, web frameworks, and cloud technologies.- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.- Identify opportunities for code optimization, performance improvements, and innovation within existing applications.Qualifications :- 6+ years of experience as a Python developer with a proven track record of success.- In-depth knowledge of Python programming language, object-oriented programming principles, and design patterns.- Experience with popular web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and familiarity with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas).- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable tasks.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.- A passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
