JOB BRIEF:We are looking for an experienced Java technical lead with Leading Online Healthcare Service company to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect product delivery. The Java technical lead will facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks.To be successful as a Java technical lead, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. Ultimately, a top-notch Java technical lead should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :- Bachelors or Masters of Technology in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent course.- Strong understanding of the all key areas of web application architecture, Data Structures,- Algorithm and Design Patterns.- Proficiency working in Java, Hibernate, J2ee, Microservices, Spring Boot.- 5-10 years of experience of backend development in Java and Spring Framework.- Proficient in a modern open-source relational database such as MySQL/SQL.- Having knowledge on technical skills.- Understand the requirement and with minimal guidance can develop the feature.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :- Develop backend processes in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices- Build web components and containers that interact with REST APIs.- Write documentation as new features and functionality are built.- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.- Team Management.
