Skills and Qualifications :Education : - Bachelor's, Master's/Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience : - Minimum of 1 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading successful data-driven projects.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, and SQL.- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,PyTorch, scikit-learn).- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.- Experience with AWS and cloud-based data solutions for Deployment.- Proficiency in building and managing end-to-end ML pipelines.- Expertise in ETL processes.- Experience with large language models (LLMs).Analytical Skills : - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.Communication Skills : - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Adaptability : - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Domain Knowledge : - Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry is preferred but not mandatory.#NOLI (ref:hirist.tech)
