Key Responsibilities :SmartComm Developer to create PC related documentsSmartcomm Development :- Design, develop, and implement Smartcomm solutions, including document templates, data models, and business logic.System Integration : - Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Smartcomm with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).Requirements Analysis : - Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.Customization : - Customize Smartcomm applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.Troubleshooting :Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Smartcomm applications and integrations.Documentation :- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.Testing :- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Smartcomm solutions.Continuous Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest Smartcomm features and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve current solutions.Qualifications :Experience : 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Smartcomm (formerly Thunderhead) development and integration. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Smartcomm modules, including Smart Communications Hub and Interactive. - Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and JSON for document and data manipulation. - Experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or similar. - Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) and APIs for integration purposes. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Soft Skills : - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.Mandatory Skills : SmartCommNice to have skills : GWPC and GWBC (ref:hirist.tech)
