Description:
SALARY : 5LPA - 7LPARoles and Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies in collaboration with product managers and development teams.Create and execute manual test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of SaaS applications.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar frameworks to increase testing efficiency. Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of new features and enhancements across multiple releases. Perform integration testing to validate the interoperability of various system components and third-party integrations. Analyze test results, track defects using bug tracking tools, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with developers to understand technical requirements and facilitate timely bug resolution. Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions to prioritize testing activities. Continuously improve test automation coverage and effectiveness to accelerate the release cycle. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing to enhance QA processes. Advocate for the end-user by ensuring the software meets their needs in terms of functionality and usability. Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and standards through feedback and suggestions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in software quality assurance, specifically testing SaaS applications. Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and client-server architectures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with JIRA & Sprint planning process (ref:hirist.tech)
