Qualifications and Background :- Strong Salesforce product knowledge- 8+ Years of overall experience- 6+ years of Salesforce hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud- 6+ Years Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, Personalization Builder, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio,Marketing Intelligence (Datorama), Cloud Pages, AMP Script and Advertising Studio.- Experience working with Customer Data Platform.- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica , Alteryx is preferred- Experience with at least one full large scale implementation of Marketing Cloud supporting over 2000 users.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements- Excellent relationship-building skills- Translating requirements into technical solutions- Technical documentation- Available and responsive to questions- Optimizing time management skills to remain organized and on task.- Having GSuite/MS office experience and skill set is a plus.- Using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and showing attention to detail; and, (ref:hirist.tech)
