Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and developing complex enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of enterprise Java solutions.Responsibilities :- Define the technical architecture and standardize the development methodologies, tools and technologies- Participate in requirements analysis and provide technical guidance to the development team- Make recommendations for improvements to existing architecture- Ensure that technical design is in compliance with the company 2019s policies and guidelines- Design and develop high-quality, robust and scalable Java-based applications- Develop code, configuration files, and scripts to support Java applications- Provide solutions for performance optimization and scalability- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with industry best practices- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems- Participate in project planning, estimation and schedulingRequirements :- 12-15 years of experience in Java development, and 5-7 years inTechnical Architecture role :- Bachelor's or Master 2019s degree in Computer Science or related field- Strong technical expertise in JavaJ2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, etc.- Good understanding of Cloud architectures and Microservices- Hands-on experience in developing scalable and high-performance systems- Ability to lead a team and mentor software engineers- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience in Agile methodologyIf you are a passionate and experienced Java Technical Architect with a desire to take the lead in designing and developing innovative solutions, we would like to hear from you.
