This role is required to plan, execute, and deliver the projects on time, accurately, and efficiently. Under this role project and program managers are responsible for handling the multiple interlinked projects. Usually, Project managers handle Single projects and Program Managers need to look for multiple projects.Scope of Work : PMs can handle projects for different verticals like Product, Tech, Sales, Operations, HR, etc. Currently, the target is to manage Tech and Product Projects. PMs need to connect with cross-functional teams on a daily basis in order to resolve the blockers and ensure the health of the project. Below is the scope of work for the Program Manager :- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.- Coordinate cross-project activities.- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.- Apply change, risk, and resource management.
