(Yes / No)Role & Responsibilities:- Epicor ERP Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of Epicor ERP financial modules to meet business requirements.- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather and analyze functional requirements, translating them into effective Epicor solutions.- System Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization within the finance modules of Epicor.- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Epicor financial functionalities.- Customization: Configure, customize, and maintain Epicor ERP financial modules to align with evolving business needs.- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Epicor with other business systems and applications.- Reporting: Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Epicor to provide real-time insights for decision-making.- Compliance: Ensure that the financial modules and processes within Epicor comply with industry standards and regulations.- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and user guides.Ideal Candidate:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Min 5 years of proven experience working with Epicor ERP, specifically in financial modules.- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.- Experience in full-cycle implementation and support of Epicor ERP.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.- Epicor certifications (preferred but not required).
