We combine unmatched experience and specialized capabilities across more than 40 industries - powered by the world's largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers.The Role :The Art Direction Specialist collaborates with multi-disciplined creative folk, working in electronic and digital formats to produce sketches, storyboards and roughs to visualize ideas.Key Responsibilities :The specific details of Art Direction Specialist's role do vary, but common activities include:- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions- Present completed ideas to clients/team members- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices- Brainstorming campaign ideas with colleagues- Familiarizing yourself with the campaign and target audience,- Collaborating with our Creative team to make the work great- Interacting with internal marketing clients and other members of the team- Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the clientSkills Required :- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the design and meet deadlines.- Proven working experience as Art director.- Hands on experience with typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.Qualifications & Experience :- Any Graduate / MBA Preferred- 5 + years of relevant experience (ref:hirist.tech)
