We are committed to helping clients accelerate their business processes and achieve optimum productivity.Role Summary:As a Backend Developer at , you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' requirements.Responsibilities:- Review application requirements and interface designs.- Advocate and improve code quality, automated tests, CI/CD initiatives, and developer experience.- Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code.- Identify and examine user requirements for optimal output.- Prioritize, specify, and perform tasks throughout the software development process.- Develop Java EE applications and write efficient, well-designed code modules.- Design database architecture and implement it in software applications.- Schedule product launches with internal teams.- Document the entire design and development process.- Ensure all applications are properly designed and adhere to client requirement specifications.- Follow standard coding practices.- Mentor junior engineers and provide constructive code reviews.- Document application changes and develop updates.- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.Experience:- 5 to 8 years of experience in backend development.Skills:- Strong in Java 8 & 11, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, JMS, MQ, Unix scripting.- Strong experience in Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, IOC, AOP, and Spring JDBC.- Strong in Oracle, database models, PL/SQL, query tuning/optimization, indexes, analyzing AWR reports, Partitioning.- Good understanding of React, Redux, WebSockets (hands-on preferred).- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools, including Maven, Jenkins, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, uDeploy, Ansible, JFrog.- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Firewall config setup, FAF rules, SFT, LightSpeed (a huge plus).- Strong communication skills for interacting with Ops/Product teams.- Experience with scanning tools such as SonarQube, BlackDuck, CheckMarx, HP Fortify.- Experience in Web Services, preferably REST APIs.- Familiarity with Java 8 features like functional programming, Data Streams, Lambda Expressions.- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Reactive (good to have).- Ability to handle end-to-end feature development independently and resolve challenges.- Eagerness to learn new technologies and implement them within provided time frames.- Hands-on team member capable of debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field.Join our team and be part of our exciting journey!
