Responsibilities :- Customize and develop Odoo modules based on client requirements.- Implement new features and functionalities in Odoo applications.- Integrate third-party systems and applications with Odoo.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices.- Troubleshoot and debug Odoo applications to resolve issues.- Optimize Odoo applications for performance and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, updates, and trends.- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.Requirements :- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 3 to 4 years of experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.- Proficiency in Python programming language.- Strong understanding of the Odoo framework and its core modules.- Experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules.- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM concepts.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Certification in Odoo development (optional, but preferred).
