We are seeking a highly skilled React.js Developer with 4 to 12 years of experience in frontend web development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the React.js ecosystem, as well as proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, client and server-side rendering, web accessibility, and modern development tools and practices. Key Responsibilities :- React.js Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - JavaScript/TypeScript and HTML/CSS: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript/TypeScript. Develop responsive web pages using HTML and CSS, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Node.js and Server-Side Rendering: Utilize Node.js for server-side rendering and building scalable server-side applications. Implement server-side logic to support frontend functionalities. - Web Accessibility: Ensure that web applications are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Follow web accessibility guidelines and best practices in all development efforts. - Development Tools and Version Control: Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Utilize build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and lint tools to enhance the development workflow. - Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality web applications. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to team knowledge sharing. - Performance Optimization: Perform optimization techniques to improve the performance and speed of web applications. Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues. Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 12 years of experience in frontend web development. - Strong experience with React.js and its core principles. - Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. - Solid understanding of HTML and CSS. - Experience with Node.js for server-side rendering and backend development. - Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices. - Familiarity with version control tools, especially GitHub. - Experience with build tools such as Webpack and Babel. - Proficiency with lint tools for code quality and consistency. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills :- Experience with additional frontend frameworks or libraries. - Knowledge of modern frontend development practices and tools. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
