We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing NLP models, particularly with large language models (LLMs) such as the GPT series. The candidate should also have strong programming skills in Python, proficiency with deep learning frameworks, and a solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and text pre-processing techniques. Key Responsibilities :- NLP Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize NLP models, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) such as GPT series. Implement state-of-the-art NLP algorithms for various applications, including language modeling, text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition. - Programming and Deep Learning: Utilize Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch to build and train NLP models. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for model development and deployment. - Text Data Pre-processing: Apply pre-processing techniques for unstructured text data, including tokenization, lemmatization, and word embeddings. Ensure high-quality input data for NLP models through effective data cleaning and preparation. - Collaboration and Communication: Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into products and services. Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Real-World Deployment: Deploy NLP solutions in real-world applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making necessary improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field. - 5 to 10 years of proven experience in developing NLP models, particularly with LLMs such as the GPT series. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals, including language modeling, text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition. - Experience with text pre-processing techniques such as tokenization, lemmatization, and word embeddings. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills :- Previous experience in deploying NLP solutions in real-world applications. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for deploying machine learning models. - Familiarity with other programming languages or tools relevant to NLP and data science.
