Description:

Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with developers throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to understand the intricacies of Java Full-Stack Development (FSD) projects.- Participate in code reviews, identifying potential issues and suggesting improvements from a testing perspective.- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts using a blend of manual and automated testing techniques (eg., JUnit, Selenium, etc.).- Execute test cases meticulously, identifying and reporting bugs effectively.- Analyze test results, diagnose root causes, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Java testing frameworks and tools.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback from a testing perspective.Qualifications :- 10+ years of experience in software testing, preferably within the IT domain.- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).- In-depth knowledge of core Java programming concepts (OOP, data structures, algorithms).- Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.- Familiarity with API and web service testing tools (e.g., Rest Assured, SoapUI).- A plus if you have experience with UI automation frameworks like Selenium and Appium.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers and other stakeholders.- Passion for quality and a relentless pursuit of delivering bug-free software.
