Job Description :Must Have : PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, SQL SERVER, JQUERY Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using PHP, Python, and other relevant technologies.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and achieve their career goals.- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance testers, to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes, increase efficiency, and enhance code quality.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team.- Act as a subject matter expert on PHP, Python, and web technologies, providing insights and recommendations to inform technical decisions and solve complex problems.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- Proven experience as a senior developer or team lead, with a strong background in PHP, Python, and web development.- Expertise in building and maintaining scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
