The company is still very young, and you will be joining the core engineering team, and it provides you the opportunity to take on more responsibility, break glass and change the world.Role and responsibilities :1. Drive Platform Buildout Initiatives2. Define feature requirements for various views3. Conduct rigorous and agile testing of implemented features4. Prioritize features ruthlessly based on customer demands5. Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams.6. Experience building products in healthcare/insurance is preferred, with an understanding of the needs of healthcare clients, and a multi-sided ecosystem.7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.8. Conduct Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.9. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine the product backlog.10. Shield the team from distractions to ensure efficient work execution.11. Track and report project progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and management.Qualifications :1. Experience with emerging user experiences utilizing Generative AI2. Experience in Agile methodologies(Scrum, kanban) is a must3. Experience with managing distributed teams across different timezone4. Experience in handling multiple concurrent projects5.
