BIG 4 MNC HIRING FOR "SNOWFLAKE ADMIN". Experience : 7 + Yrs. CTC : 30 LPA MAX. Location : PAN INDIA. Mandatory Skills : Snowflake Admin, Database, Snowsql, Unix Shell Scripting. Job Description :- Snowflake Database Administrator responsible for support and maintenance of data lakes, data warehouse and databases.Skilled in :- Strong DBA administration skills for all DB maintenance plan activities including backups, indexing, integrity, and consistency checks, etc.- Optimizing compute with scale out and scale in planning.- Performance tuning of virtual warehouses.- Relational and dimensional modeling.Experience with : - Snowflake DB maintenance and support.- Troubleshooting and resolving database problems performance tuning and optimization.- Snowflake and its utilities i.e. SnowSQL, SnowCD etc.is preferred. - SQL.- Unix Shell Scripting. Knowledge of :- Snowflake security features including access control, authentication, authorization, encryption, masking, secured views etc.- Snowflake Database Engineering is a plus.Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Database Administrator with a focus on Snowflake. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Snowflake DB maintenance and support. - Proficiency in SnowSQL and other Snowflake utilities. - Solid understanding and experience in SQL for database operations and query optimization. - Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting for automation and administration tasks. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of databases and virtual warehouses. - Familiarity with relational and dimensional data modeling. - Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve database-related issues. - Knowledge of Snowflake security features including access control, authentication, authorization, encryption, and secured views. Desired Skills : - Experience with Snowflake Database Engineering. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices. - Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes. - Experience with other database management systems is a plus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
