SALARY : 20LPA - 25LPAWe are seeking a seasoned Presales Engineer specializing in security solutions to join our team. The role requires a dynamic professional who will be responsible for conducting demos, proofs of concept (POC), and presentations for both presales and post-sales processes. This position demands regular on-site visits to customers to deliver exceptional support and demonstrate our security solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct demos and POC for security solutions.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and detailed documentation for presales, implementation, and post-sales stages.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and recommend suitable products and OEMs that meet customer needs.- Provide technical support to customers during the presales and post-sales phases.- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.Skill Requirements:- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to various stakeholders.- Documentation Skills: Proficient in preparing comprehensive and clear documentation for presales and implementation processes.- Installation Skills: Hands-on experience with the installation of security solutions.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Customer Engagement: Ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.Mandatory Requirements:- Proven experience in creating presentations, documentation, and installing security solutions.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network and data security solutions.Qualifications:- A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.- Extensive practical experience and expertise in security solutions are critical.Experience and Expertise:- At least 7 years of experience in various network and data security solutions.- Demonstrated ability to conduct successful demos/POCs, create engaging presentations, and provide detailed documentation.- Strong technical background in security solutions installation and configuration.
