Responsibilities :- Conduct thorough market research to identify user needs and market trends.- Create comprehensive user stories and product flows to guide product development.- Ensure that products effectively meet user needs and expectations.- Develop and maintain product roadmaps to align with company goals and objectives.- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including testing and post-launch monitoring.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to successfully launch and scale products.- Manage communication and coordination between different teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.Requirements :- Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on user-facing products.- Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.- Experience in creating product roadmaps and implementing go-to-market strategies.- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges throughout the product development process.- Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics (GA), and Figma for data analysis, tracking, and design purposes.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.- Familiarity with web3 and the blockchain industry is a plus.- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 college or university.
