Job Description :- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features- Work with outside data sources and APIs- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application- Experience of developing complete modules with complex business processes.- Ability to quickly grasp the business processes and translating them to technical requirements.- Sound analytical and logical capabilities.- Good verbal and written communication skills. Good technical documentation skills.- Excellent interpersonal capabilities and ability to work across diverse teams.- Proven ability to constantly learn new skills and technologies.- Ability to Handle team and guide them technically. Technical Skills :- Hands on experience working on the Android Applications development.- Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.- Strong understanding of Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, and related libraries.- Familiarity with design patterns such as MVVM and MVP.- Proficiency with APIs and third-party libraries.- Knowledge of database management systems like SQLite and Room.- Experience with UI/UX design principles and material design guidelines.- Excellent problem-solving skills and Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Writing high quality code and performing code reviews for the rest of the team Providing technical leadership and guidance on project plans and delivery commitments.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices is a plus.- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile development environment.- Proficient in code versioning tools including Git and SVN.
