Location: We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon. This position is based out of the Gurgaon office and is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week. About the role: The Sr. Manager of Infrastructure Operations manages a group of IT support professionals and oversees the daily operations of the team. The team is responsible for the day-to-day support of 200 end users in India as well as collaborating with colleagues in the US on both support and project deliverables. This role reports to the Director of Infrastructure Services and will have strong relationships with the other infrastructure support teams. About you: You should have extensive systems administrator experience in Active Directory as well as a strong background supporting both Mac and Windows computers. You have experience creating processes and documentation and can transfer processes and knowledge to others on the team. You also have at least three years’ experience managing a team and driving incident resolutions. You have desktop support experience in a Help Desk setting and provide excellent customer service. Your day-day: The Sr. Manager of Infrastructure Operations is responsible for the daily operations of the local IT support team. You will monitor the teams’ activities and ensure all processes and support tasks are carried out according to plan. You will work with the larger IT Operations team to ensure standards are consistent across all locations. You will also have a close relationship with the business leaders and end users to understand their needs and expectations. Oversee IT operations and IT staff Build & manage relationships with vendors, purchase materials cost-effectively and appropriate to business needs and scale Manage the activities of the local IT support team to ensure the IT needs of users are met Attract, motivate, coach, and develop team members for high performance Enhance documentation of standard processes, procedures, and outage resolutions Manage IT assets & inventory. Install, Move, Adds, Changes to all local desktop computers in accordance with corporate standards Perform in a leadership role in a larger global support organization. Contribute to projects, process improvements, and budgeting activities You have: 10 years experience in an IT support or administrative role Knowledge of ITIL processes and strong documentations and organizations skills 5 years experience creating and documenting processes to be followed by support personnel 3 years experience managing a staff Experience with Active Directory administration in a global enterprise Experience in desktop support of both Windows and Mac computers Experience working with vendors and suppliers of equipment, software, and services Experience managing and mentoring junior resources Experience supporting executives and interacting with all levels of company Able to work well as part of team as well as individually Willingness to travel between our offices if the need arises About this team: The IT Infrastructure services team at Trusted Media Brands is made up of seasoned/experienced IT professionals.
