Description:
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement secure and efficient smart contracts for our organization's DeFi platform, fostering innovation throughout the process.- Collaborate closely with the CTO, Senior Software Engineers, and Research Analysts to define architecture and translate it into smart contract functionalities.- Work collaboratively with front-end developers to ensure seamless end-to-end user experiences.- Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in blockchain and smart contract development.Required Skills:- Extensive experience in smart contract development (Solidity), especially in decentralized finance (Ethereum DeFi) applications.- 7+ years of professional engineering experience.- Proficiency in blockchain/web3 technologies and protocols.- Strong proficiency in a systems programming language such as C/C++/Java/Rust/Go.- Demonstrated ability to work independently, assume project ownership, and drive initiatives to completion.- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.- Ability to effectively manage time and tasks within a highly distributed development team without constant supervision.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related field, or equivalent technical knowledge.Desirable Skills:- Experience or interest in Bitcoin script.- Experience in auditing smart contracts or collaborating with smart contract auditing firms.- Active involvement in the blockchain ecosystem as a user.- - Pan India (ref:hirist.tech)
