About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Kinaxis Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in helping our clients implement and optimize Kinaxis RapidResponse (or other Kinaxis solutions) to streamline their supply chain planning and execution processes.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and supply chain challenges.- Design and configure Kinaxis solutions (RapidResponse, etc.) to meet specific client requirements.- Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data flow within Kinaxis.- Configure workflows, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption of Kinaxis solutions.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategic solutions to optimize client supply chains.- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical specialists and sales representatives, to deliver successful projects.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and functionalities of Kinaxis solutions.Qualifications :- Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).- 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or a related field.- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing supply chain planning solutions (Kinaxis RapidResponse experience highly preferred).- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and best practices (e.g., S&OP, forecasting, inventory management).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization techniques.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Ability to travel occasionally (depending on client needs).Location : Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
