Key Responsibilities :- Architectural Design : Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software architectures for machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning projects.- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance, expertise, and best practices to ensure the successful implementation of machine learning solutions.- Algorithm Development : Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, generative AI models, and reinforcement learning strategies to solve complex business problems.- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and researchers to define project requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration of machine learning components into the software applications.- Coding and Programming : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python, leveraging frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA/GPU programming for high-performance computing.- Research and Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning technologies.- Apply innovative solutions to enhance existing products and develop new applications.- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing, validation, and debugging of machine learning models and software applications to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness.- Documentation : Prepare detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code comments, to facilitate efficient collaboration and knowledge transfer within the team.Qualifications :- BTech/ BE/ ME/ MTech/MS/ PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.- Proven experience (3-5 years) in software development and architecting machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning solutions.- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.- Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.- Experience with CUDA and GPU programming for accelerated computing.- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into efficient technical solutions.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Previous experience in leading and mentoring technical teams is a plus.- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.Location : Pan India (ref:hirist.tech)
