You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals, drive innovation, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the engineering department.Key Responsibilities :Leadership and Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success.- Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation within the engineering team.- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and regularly assess performance and provide constructive feedback.Technical Strategy and Planning :- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies that align with business objectives.- Drive the development and implementation of scalable and sustainable technical solutions.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform technical decision-making.Project Management :- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution.- Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impact project success.Technical Leadership :- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team, helping to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.- Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.- Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches.Communication and Collaboration :- Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, fostering open communication and collaboration.- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical initiatives with overall business strategy.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical organization, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.- Should have experience in hands on coding is MUST.- Handson experience Java technologies, Angular / React, python, SQL / Postgres / Mysql.- Should have experience in Microservice Architecture.- Experience with web application development using Java-related technologies (e.g., JSP, Servlets, etc.).- Understanding of web services (RESTful, SOAP).- Experience working in Cloud Technologies (Azure / AWS / GCP)- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, systems architecture, or another relevant area.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
