Shift Details :First 3 months : Night shift (6 PM - 3 AM)After 3 months : Day shift (2 PM - 11 PM)Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Django to join our team in Chennai (Karapakkam). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development and a passion for building robust and scalable web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our applications. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for front-end and Django for back-end.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.- Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Qualifications :- 8+ years of experience in full stack development.- Proven experience with React.js and its core principles.- Strong proficiency in Django and Python.- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills :- Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.- Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (ref:hirist.tech)
