Role : MSSQL DBAExperience : 6+ YrsSkills :Primary Skills :- MSSQL DBA- High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR)Secondary Skills :- AWS- Postgres- Cassandra (Basics)Responsibilities :- MSSQL DBA Tasks: Manage and maintain MSSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.- Backup and Restore: Perform regular backups and restorations to safeguard data integrity and availability.- HA/DR Implementation: Design, implement, and manage high availability and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime and data loss.- Patching: Apply patches and updates to database systems to keep them secure and up-to-date.- Script Deployment: Deploy and manage scripts for database maintenance and other routine operations.- T-SQL Code Recommendations: Provide recommendations and suggestions to optimize T-SQL code for better performance.- SSIS Packages: Develop, manage, and optimize SSIS packages for data integration and workflow automation.Additional Responsibilities :- Collaborate with development teams to ensure database environments meet business requirements.- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve database management strategies.
