As our Head of Mobile, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our mobile products, driving user engagement and growth in a competitive market.Position Summary :We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Mobile who can lead our mobile development team and strategy. You'll be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and optimization of our mobile apps, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experiences and contribute to Bebetta's overall growth and success.Roles & Responsibilities :- Mobile Leadership : Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of mobile developers (iOS and Android).- Technical Strategy : Define the technical vision and roadmap for mobile, selecting the right technologies and architectures for scalability and performance.- Product Collaboration : Partner closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate product requirements into innovative mobile solutions.- Development Oversight : Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.- Performance & Quality : Ensure the apps are optimized for speed, stability, and security,delivering a seamless user experience.- Data-Driven Decisions : Use analytics and user feedback to inform mobile product strategy and drive continuous improvement.- Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest mobile trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.Strategic Leadership :- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive BeBetta's growth and competitive advantage.- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships to expand Betta's reach and revenue streams.- Provide strategic guidance and insights to the executive team and stakeholders, translating business goals into actionable plans.Team Building and Management :- Hire the development team and build a high-performing and collaborative team culture.- Define roles and responsibilities, set clear expectations, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.- Foster an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.Qualifications :- Experience : 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.- Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development, mobile architecture patterns, and best practices.- Leadership & Management : Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.- Product Mindset : Strong understanding of product development principles and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.- Data Literacy : Experience using data analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborateeffectively with diverse stakeholders.Desired Skills :- Cross-platform Development : Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native is a plus.- Gaming or Sports App Experience : Familiarity with the technical challenges and user expectations in these domains is a significant advantage.- Agile Development : Experience working in Agile environments and leading teams using Agile methodologies.Join our team at BeBetta and shape the future of sports!
