Role Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled CX Service Cloud Techno/Functional Consultant with extensive experience in delivering technology solutions within the Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) space. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OSvC Browser User Interface (BUI) releases, comprehensive knowledge of administration tasks, and proficiency in custom scripting and processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities :- OSvC BUI Release Management: Manage and implement OSvC BUI releases, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.- System Administration: Perform all administration tasks within OSvC, including user management, profile configuration, custom object creation, report generation, and workspace creation.- Custom Scripting and Processes: Develop and maintain custom scripts and event handlers to enhance system functionality and meet specific business needs.- Web Development: Utilize JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS to develop and customize front-end features within the OSvC space.- API Integration: Integrate OSvC with other systems using REST APIs, ensuring robust and secure data exchange.- Problem Solving and Analytics: Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.- Customer Focus: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery.- Communication: Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.Qualifications :- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) implementation and support.- Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS.- Experience with REST APIs integration.- Functional Skills: Strong understanding of business processes within the OSvC environment.- Ability to configure and administer OSvC components effectively.- Customer Service: Proven track record of maintaining a customer-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle Service Cloud or related technologies.- Project Management: Experience in leading or managing projects within the Oracle Service Cloud space.- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in customer experience management.
