We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Consultant with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing SAP PLM solutions, a thorough understanding of PLM business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to deliver high-quality SAP PLM solutions.Key Responsibilities :SAP PLM Implementation :- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP PLM solutions to meet business requirements.- Configure and customize SAP PLM modules based on project needs.Business Process Analysis :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze PLM business processes.- Develop and document functional specifications and business process documents.System Integration :- Integrate SAP PLM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP SCM) and third-party systems.- Ensure seamless data flow and process integration across systems.Customization and Enhancement :- Customize SAP PLM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.- Develop enhancements and extensions using ABAP programming as needed.Testing and Validation:- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.- Identify and resolve issues and bugs during testing phases.Training and Support :- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PLM functionalities and best practices.- Develop training materials and documentation for end-users.Project Management :- Participate in project planning, estimation, and tracking.- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest SAP PLM features, tools, and industry trends.- Propose and implement improvements to existing SAP PLM processes and solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.- 4 to 7 years of experience in SAP PLM consulting and implementation.- Strong knowledge of SAP PLM modules (e.g., Document Management, Engineering Change Management, Recipe Development).- Experience with SAP FICO and master data management.- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.- Basic understanding of ABAP programming for custom enhancements.- Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and forecasting.- Strong business process knowledge and understanding of PLM processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.- Relevant certifications in SAP PLM and Demand Planning.
