Job Title : DevSecOps EngineerJob Description :DevSecOps Engineer is a technical expert on Cloud and DevSecOps tool and technologies to enable continuous integration and continuous deployments for cloud native applications Duties and Responsibilities :- Build Terraform modules, and IaC pipelines to implement services in AWS cloud. - Responsible for platform configuration by using Ansible. - Develop Gitlab pipeline to deploy cloud native applications running on Kubernetes, EC2 instance, AWS lambda, S3 etc. - Implement application solution blueprint in AWS cloud with CI/CD and translate architecture document to deployment document. - Document implementation and provide knowledge transition to other team members. - Building and optimizing container deployment. - Implement DevSecOps engineering standards in CI/CD pipelines and code artifacts. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Architecture, Security, Agile Coaches, Project team etc) - Participate in cloud design and build discussions as they relate to application. - Own the delivery of an entire application migration by implementing DevSecOps practices. - Work closely with Application team, DevSecOps and Cloud engineers to implement solutions.Qualifications :Required Work Experience : - 3-4 years of professional experience in software development using cloud services. - Application development, and cloud migration experience Preferred Work Experience : - DevSecOps Automation and Cloud Native development experience. Physical and Mental Requirements : - Ability to follow verbal or written instructions, thinking analytically, using effective verbal and written l communication, Handling stress & emotions, and Making decisions. Knowledge : - Serverless programming, API development, Kubernetes. Skills : - AWS Cloud Architecture and Development and implementation People LeaderResponsibility : NAWork Environment :- This position is eligible for remote work in US EST hours.Travel Required : Domestic International 0-5% 0%Required :Education : - Bachelors degree in any professional area with a minimum of 3 years experience in IT.Preferred :Education : Bachelors degree in computer scienceLicensing : AWS/Azure Developer CertificationLicensing : Cloud Certification. Agile/Scrum CertificationLanguages : Language Required? English Competencies : Strong Communication and management skills. (ref:hirist.tech)
