Requirements :Technical Skills :- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AEM Forms development.- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.- Hands-on experience with Adobe LiveCycle Designer and AEM Forms Designer.- Familiarity with AEM Forms Workbench.- Proven experience integrating AEM Forms with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.Additional Skills :- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Responsibilities :AEM Forms Development :- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AEM Forms solutions.- Utilize Adobe LiveCycle Designer and AEM Forms Designer to create and manage dynamic forms.- Implement and manage XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath within AEM Forms projects.Integration :- Integrate AEM Forms with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.- Ensure effective integration with third-party systems using APIs and web services.Team Leadership :- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AEM Forms developers.- Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.Project Management :- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in AEM Forms development.- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
