This role is crucial for driving the design, development, and deployment of our cutting-edge biopharma data analytics products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in fullstack development, particularly with Java and Angular or React and Node.js, and will have substantial experience in microservices and end-to-end product development.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. - Architect and implement end-to-end solutions for new product features, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to deliver high-quality products. - Develop and maintain microservices-based architecture to support scalable and modular applications. - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on full stack development. - Expertise in Java, and either Angular or React, as well as Node.js. - Proven experience with microservices architecture and development. - Strong understanding of end-to-end product development, from concept to deployment. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
