Job Title : SAP HCM and SuccessFactors DirectorLocation : BangalorePosition Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Director to lead our HR technology strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in both functional and technical aspects. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.Requirements :- 17+ years of professional experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors consulting role within the Technology/IT Consulting industry.- Exposure to other HR technology/transformation platforms will be a plus- Experience with project financials, budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.- Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.- Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.- Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a prerequisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.- Multi-tasking and ability to handle a diverse breadth of topics and stakeholders across different clients at the same time.- Experience in leading strategy and operational transformation.Roles and Responsibilities :Leadership and Strategy :- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.- Provide strategic direction and guidance on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors initiatives.- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes and systemImplementation and Project Management:- Lead the implementation and upgrades of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.- Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.System Optimization and Maintenance:- Optimize and maintain SAP HCM and SuccessFactors configurations, workflows, and integrations to meet evolving business requirements.- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.Stakeholder Engagement and Training :- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and translate them into system enhancements.- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionalities, processes, and best practices.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the HR technology team.Continuous Improvement :- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.- Identify opportunities for system enhancements, upgrades, or new module implementations to optimize HR processes and support business growth.- Solicit feedback from end-users and stakeholders to drive ongoing improvements in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors functionality and usability.Qualifications :- Only BE, B Tech, MCA, MBA or M Tech- No gap between 10th and 12th- ( 10th , 12th, graduation or PG ) Two exams min of 60% and 50% in the other exams.- Full time employees only with relevant experience.- Career gap should not be more than 2 years.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
