Whose Salary Is Below 15 Lpa Inr Will Not Get Shortlisted.Review Criteria :- Strong Backend Developer with Rust knowledge- Mandatory (Experience) - Overall Min 3+ YOE- Mandatory (Core Skills) - Expert level knowledge in Rust or Realtime experience in Rust- Mandatory (Company) - Product company (Highly preferred- Blockchain companies, Gaming Companies, Early stage startups)- Mandatory (Education) - Btech and BE in CSRole & Responsibilities :- You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly- You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs- Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a staging environment and merged pull requests deploy to production- Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actions according to project needs- Developing software in Rust- Maintaining and improving existing rust codebases.Ideal Candidate :- Excited about working with Rust- 4 -7 years of experience in shipping production applications- B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 Colleges only- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills- Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)- Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership- Rust Development Expertise : Demonstrate proficiency in Rust programming language. Contribute to the development of backend systems using Rust. Ensure the efficient and effective implementation of Rust code in production applications. - Technical Contributions and Open Source Engagement : Showcase involvement in open-source projects related to Rust. Contribute to the Rust community through articles, presentations, or tech contributions. Provide evidence of any patents or outstanding technical contributions beyond routine tasks. - Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Quality Assurance : Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices for unit testing and integration testing in Rust. Ensure high-quality code by participating in code reviews and adhering to coding standards. Contribute to the improvement of testing methodologies for Rust applications. - CI/CD Pipeline Management : Setup and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Rust applications. Utilize tools like Github Actions to automate testing and deployment processes. Implement canary and staging deployments to ensure smooth releases. - Collaborative Development and Version Control : Collaborate effectively within a Git-style workflow for version control. Ensure that every commit deploys to a staging environment and merged pull requests deploy to production seamlessly. Maintain clear and concise documentation of code changes and deployments. - Software Maintenance and Improvement : Maintain and enhance existing Rust codebases as per project requirements. Implement optimizations and performance enhancements where necessary. Continuously refactor code to improve readability, scalability, and maintainability. - Adaptability and Ownership : Demonstrate enthusiasm and adaptability towards working with Rust. Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills.
