About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex Projects from initiation to completion, with a strong focus on delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Location (City name) : Hyderabad Responsibilities of the Role :- Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.- Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, and Client services.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.- Facilitate regular project status meetings and stakeholder communications to provide updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.- Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Stakeholders, and project sponsors, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations effectively.Required Educational Qualification & Relevant experience :- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Projects in the technology sector.- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Excellent Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Project Management Software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.- Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.Additional Requirements :- Startup work experience is big plus (ref:hirist.tech)
