Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field. - Equivalent experience will also be considered.- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications and services.- Experience in building, mentoring, and managing an engineering team.- Proficiency in Golang and Python programming languages.- Experience with geospatial libraries and tools (e.g., GDAL, GeoPandas, Mapbox, Leaflet).- Knowledge of frontend development using React.js and React Native.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.- Fluency in English.
