The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, Business Process Improvement, and a proven ability to thrive in environments with significant ambiguity.Some of the key responsibilities will include :- Enterprise Architecture: Utilize frameworks such as TOGAF and Bizbok to support the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and solutions.- Business Process Improvement: Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving and rationalizing business processes. Apply methodologies such as Six Sigma to ensure high-quality outcomes.- Project Management: Manage and contribute to various business and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective utilization of resources.- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide insights that drive decision-making.- Documentation and Analysis: Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and architectural diagrams. Conduct thorough analysis to support business cases and project justifications.- Change Management: Assist in managing changes in business processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.- Certification and Standards: Apply best practices and standards in business analysis, including maintaining relevant certifications such as CBPA, CBPP, or CBPL.To be eligible for this role you will require:- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.- Enterprise Architecture: Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture frameworks or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Bizbok).- Business Process Improvement: Proven experience in leading or participating in business process improvement and rationalization projects.- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBPA, CBPP, or CBPL are a plus.- Methodologies: Experience with Six Sigma or similar methodologies for process improvement.- Industry Knowledge: Background in accounting, tax, or business advisory services is advantageous.
