Need to work from office on all 5 days from 3 PM to 12.00 AMJob Description Skills :- Understanding of ServiceNow modules- Ability to work with the Customer to understand requirements- Ability to document designs and configurations- Ability to estimate work effort for design and configurations- Ability to configure ServiceNow- JavaScript expert- Ability to test code and work defects to resolution- Ability to promote code in ServiceNow- Ability to develop, update and test client and server-side scripts- Ability to develop, update and test notifications- Ability to work service requests to completion- Knowledge of integrations- Understanding of ServiceNow data schema- Experience in reporting- Good written and verbal skills- Good problem determination skills.Familiar with :- Create and schedule reports in ServiceNow- Create Technical Knowledge Articles for team use- Leveraging transform maps to load dataHave experience in :- Working with client/Kyndryl team to requirements and provide solution recommendations- Code promotion process in ServiceNow - how to move update sets between environments- Custom ServiceNow application support - how to identify and manage issuesResponsibilities :- Participate in client's meetings, established governance board and provide technical recommendations.- Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical views.- Advise on and implement process integrations, platform improvements, and automations.- Provide guidance in designing and developing and implementing a functional and operational architecture for the Stryker ServiceNow environment.- Provide ServiceNow instance cloning, data refreshing, and maintenance of all in-scope ServiceNow instances at Stryker.- Provide one release window per week.- Create and execute ServiceNow platform changes for all in-scope Stryker ServiceNow instances.- Conduct story development (minor enhancements), testing, and promotion preparation.- Provide defect support and remediation.- Provide Service Level module, Service catalog requests, catalog tasks and Incident support.- Open and work on tickets with ServiceNow support formerly known as 'High Importance' (HI) support.- Implement data changes per the agreed-upon process.- Review Service Requests and changes submitted, and estimating the level of effort that will be required to implement those.- Track the ServiceNow team's productivity, and reporting for story, catalog tasks, changes, defects, and Incidents.- Provide End User impacting ServiceNow Incident and ServiceNow defect support to Stryker and support teams.- Assist with periodic audits of the platform and data accuracy within ServiceNow.- Track and notify customer ServiceNow owner in case of any license over utilization.- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documents including version control.- Administer user permissions, roles, group management, location data, tickets assigned to inactive users, groups throughout user and group lifecycle- Administer and report on ServiceNow license utilization to complement license management initiativesContractor Request Number of PositionsNote - Please share Soft copy of PAN Card in the mail attachment .
