Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, designing and implementing smart communication solutions, and ensuring the seamless operation of communication platforms.Key Responsibilities :Smart Communication Development :- Develop and maintain digital communication channels and systems using smart communication technologies and platforms.- Implement features and functionalities to enhance user experience and streamline communication processes.Requirement Analysis and Collaboration :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for smart communication solutions.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.Protocols and Platforms Knowledge:- Demonstrate knowledge of smart communication protocols and platforms, including but not limited to IoT protocols, messaging protocols, and communication APIs.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills :- Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Communication and Collaboration :- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to convey technical concepts and gather feedback.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of smart communication solutions with business objectives.Qualifications :- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on smart communication technologies and solutions.- Proficiency in smart communication protocols and platforms.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.- Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred.Location and Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role based in Pune, with flexibility for remote work.
