The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the overall look and feel of our digital products, ensuring a seamless user experience.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user requirements.- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.- Develop high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and detailed UI designs.- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and user insights.- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain design system components.Qualifications :- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.What We Offer :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A creative and collaborative work environment.- Flexible working hours and remote work options.- The chance to work on exciting and impactful projects.
