Job Description :Responsibilities :- Assist the Product Managers (PMs) in technical solutioning. - Act as a bridge between PM, Dev/tech leads and other stakeholders.- Good knowledge about software development and act as Scrum master, organizing and leading ceremonies- Work with PM in defining roadmaps - Work with Tech leads to get estimates and remove roadblocks if any- Prioritize Customer desk tickets assigned to PM and create Jira tasks- Define the target metrics for the team to drive strategy and prioritization of the product roadmap- Understand the user stories and break them down in into tasks with developers - Work with the engineering teams & UX closely and deliver a world class product through the MVP and Iteration approachSkills Needed :- Overall experience of 8+ years out of which 4-5 years of end-to-end product management skills- Should have development experience in PHP and SQL.- Good to have understanding in JavaScript & to write SQL queries- Strong technical acumen and passion for solving complicated problem solving- Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution- Solid track record of having shipped products & features in agile, fast paced environment- Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey a product strategy to partners and senior leaders.
