Our goal is to provide tested technology solutions that enhance existing technology, improve business processes, or build new solutions.Role Description :This is a remote role for a Sr.Kafka Engineer with strong DevOps experience.The Sr. Kafka Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and maintaining Kafka environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Kafka solutions, monitor and optimize Kafka clusters, and ensure the security and scalability of the Kafka infrastructure. Looking for EAD, Green Card or Citizens only.Qualifications :- Extensive experience with Kafka and Kafka ecosystem components- Experience building Kafka based data pipeline- Experience in Cloud DevOps with design, implementation and operationalization of large scale data platform solutions- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture- Experience with Kafka administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning- Knowledge of Kafka security and experience implementing authentication and authorization- Experience with Kafka monitoring and alerting tools- Experience with Kafka data integration and streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Flink, Spark Streaming) is a plus- Experience with AWS on Kafka is a big plus- Experience with Terraform and Ansible is a big plus- Experience with JDBC and S3Link is a big plus- Kafka or AWS certification is preferred - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
