About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in the product development process. You will work closely with clients, product managers, and other teams to translate user needs into visually appealing and user-friendly products.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and desired product functionalities.- Translate client needs into creative and effective product designs.- Work with product managers and other teams (sales, marketing) to establish a product development roadmap and launch strategy.- Develop and iterate on product prototypes to ensure user satisfaction.- Effectively communicate design decisions and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders.- Adapt design approaches based on user feedback and project requirements.- Manage design projects within budget constraints.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 2-5 years of experience in product design or a similar role.- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing products.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.- A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for user-centered design.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects.- Collaborative and fast-paced work environment.- Continuous learning and development opportunities.
